Our desire is to prevent workplace bullying and violence that can lead to law suits from deaths, to protect families from experiencing avoidable situations, to prevent unnecessary heartache, funeral arrangements, and aftermath counseling, to prevent companies from experiencing unfavorable, detrimental reputations.

As a speaker and workshop facilitator for upper management, it is our mission is to eliminate workplace bullying and violence, increase productivity and revenue, save lives, create a pleasant atmosphere for employees and build office morale, while decreasing losses due to excessive absenteeism, and lowly-classified company reputations. I transparently share my story as part of my introduction during speaking engagements, for companies to better evaluate opportunity for growth and/or change.
