After years of being continually disappointed by the lack of integrity and character in the workplace, I concluded there was something for me to do to reinforce, remind, and reiterate the importance of character and integrity in the workplace. In addition, as a leader, it is my responsibility to lead by an example that is worthy of following. When heads of companies, organizations, or families treat those they are responsible for the way they want to be treated, peace, unity, and progress is inevitable.
